If you are unsure which production is the best fit for your students, contact our box office before submitting your reservation request.
Reservation details
Reservations are required for all school matinees. Each production has its own reservation form, and requests are reviewed in the order they are received. After submitting a request, teachers will receive an email response within three business days.

School matinee reservations must be submitted through the reservation form for the production you plan to attend. Submitting a request does not guarantee seats. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from GTA.

School matinee reservations are available for groups of 10 or more. If your group has fewer than 10 students, contact us before submitting a request.

Student ticket prices are listed with each production. One complimentary teacher/chaperone ticket is included for every 10 student tickets purchased. Additional adult tickets may be purchased if seats are available.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold seats. Final payment is due before the performance. Date-specific deposit and payment deadlines are listed on each production’s reservation form.

Teachers may update their reservation count until the final payment deadline listed on the reservation form. Additional seats may be requested after that deadline if availability allows.

Deposits are nonrefundable. After the final payment deadline, refunds are not available for unused seats. If your plans change, please contact GTA as soon as possible.

Arrival, parking, bus drop-off, and check-in details will be sent to confirmed groups before the performance.
