The GTA Box Office is open Monday-Thursday from 10 am – 4 pm. We are closed on most major holidays.
The Box Office opens at the show venue one hour prior to the published curtain time for ticket sales and will-call pickup.

The GTA Box Office is located at at 2900 Landrum Education Dr, Oakwood, GA, inside the Performing Arts Building on the UNG-Gainesville campus. The office is across the lobby from the Ed Cabell Theatre entrance.

Yes. ADA seating is available for all of our venues and performances. Please contact the Box Office to reserve ADA seating.

Yes, Assistive Listening Devices are available for check out at all GTA performances. See a member of the House Staff at the venue for more information.

No. Devices with screens that make sound or emit light are prohibited. It is distracting to the actors and impolite to other patrons (they are very visible from the stage). Please power off and/or silence all electronic devices so that your fellow patrons can enjoy the show and actors can give their best performance.

No. Taking photographs or videotaping inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.

Tickets are valid until the published curtain time. Patrons are encouraged to be in their seats at least 10 minutes prior to showtime. Late patrons will be seated at the discretion of the house manager as soon as possible, but may be seated in available seats near the aisle to avoid disturbing other patrons.

Policies vary by venue:
At our Brenau venues (Hosch Theatre and Pearce Auditorium), food is not permitted and only bottled water may be brought into the theatre.
At our UNG venue (Ed Cabell Theatre), food and drinks are welcome inside the theatre.
